Lost in Limbo, October 2018 in collaboration with Jill Vigus
Collaborative installation and film at The Regency Town House, Brighton. Using the partially restored building as inspiration, a Halloween installation was created where a 3-minute film was projected onto the skirt of the dress with additional atmosphere provided by eerie soundtrack. View the film here.
A quote from Bridget Whelan, Event co-ordinator: "Lost in Limbo light installation created the sensation that we had shifted away from the everyday and were now in a place where anything could happen. This was painting with light and sound and making theatre out of images; a special kind of unnerving magic."

The Dress's Story, Summer 2017
This short film documents the deconstruction and embellishment of a vintage dress. By showing the fragility of the dress's fabric juxtaposed over the author's family snaps, the piece hints at the fragility and transiency of life. View the film here.

Bound Together, Autumn 2017
Inspired by attending the Reading On Screen project funded by the Arts & Humanities Research Council held at Brighton University and facilitated by Digitales. The aim was to create a short digital story in response to 'Sharing Reading' within a broader research question of how people read in the 21st Century.
I used a similar approach to my 'Dress' projects - using an item already much used and wearing away to help me draw out my own stories. My mother also attended the workshop and we both made a film about the same book: Anne of Green Gables. Watch the films now
